How we update prices and product facts

The catalog was last updated on October 30, 2026. If a price here and the checkout disagree, the checkout is right.

Prices

We update the price of every color and product on a schedule, several times a month. A color that is out of stock leaves the site at the next update and comes back when it is in stock again.

Product facts

Every spec on this site is held to the SoftGym standard: the 450 lb limit, the 120 speeds, the five programs and the timer come from our product data, and what each color includes was matched to the photo of its box.

Colors

When a color changes what comes in its box, we change its line on the product page and on the plates shelf in the next update. The box in your hands is the final word.

Ratings

Star ratings and counts come from shoppers at our retail partner as of the last update. The ten plate colors are rated together, so the plate shows one rating, not ten.
